Called them on a Sunday afternoon and they were ready to start that same evening. They did an indepth walk though of the building with me and asked lots of good questions to understand what exactly we were looking to get out of their services. We needed a security guard at the last minute. 365 Patrol was the ONLY company of the many that were called that responded in a timely manner to our request. We asked for a plain clothes guard to arrive the next morning. People come and go from our building at random times all day long and we required the guard to be the official greeter at the door as he was screening people. He was polite and unobtrusive. When not busy, he was engaging and pleasant with staff and endeavoured to fit in with the surroundings so that it was less apparent that we had a guard in the building that day. 365 got me out of a terrible bind! When our office fire panel stopped working and I was told we would need to have someone in the building 24/7 to do fire watch until it was fixed, I panicked. It was 3pm in the afternoon and staff were getting ready to leave for the day so I didn’t know how I was going to find someone to stay in the building overnight. Luckily, Google helped me find 365 and I was able to get a guard to our building by the time we were closing at 5pm. The guards were friendly and professional. When we did have building emergencies arise, the guards were very considerate of my time and polite when they called me for assistance. All in all I was very pleased with the service and would use them again (although I’m really hoping for no more issues where I would require guard service)! :)
